Who we are

BlackSpeer owns and operates blackspeer.com and is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Read it before using the site.

Information we collect

When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data: IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We use this data to operate the site, protect it from abuse, and understand aggregate usage. It is not combined into profiles of identifiable visitors.

When you submit the contact form or leave your details in the chat, we collect what you provide: name, email address, phone number, company, your message, and a preferred contact time. Providing this information is your choice. Without it, we cannot respond to your request.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit for one purpose: contacting you about your request and, if we work together, delivering the engagement. A new inquiry triggers an internal notification to our team by SMS and email. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Chat assistant

The site chat can operate in scripted mode or Claude mode. In Claude mode, your chat messages are processed through Anthropic's API to produce responses. Chat transcripts are not stored on our servers; only the contact details you choose to submit are kept. Do not share medical or confidential details in chat.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential browser storage always works. When enabled, Google Analytics 4 uses analytics cookies to help us understand site traffic. Analytics runs only after you consent. When analytics is not configured, the site remains essential-only and does not show a consent bar.

Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer. We ask for consent again after 12 months. The site fonts are self-hosted.

Service providers

We use a small set of processors to run the site and respond to inquiries: our hosting provider, Twilio (SMS notification of new inquiries), Resend (email notification of new inquiries), and Anthropic (chat responses, only when Claude mode is active). When enabled, we also use Google Analytics for aggregate site traffic measurement. Each provider receives only what its function requires. Your information may be processed in the United States.

Retention

Inquiry records are stored in a protected location outside the public web root and are purged after 12 months. Notification logs contain no message content beyond delivery status and are rotated routinely.

Security

We protect information with transport encryption, restricted file permissions, and access limited to the people who respond to inquiries. No internet transmission is guaranteed secure; we work to protect your data with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. If you are a European resident, you additionally hold the rights to be informed, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and rights related to automated decision-making. California residents hold comparable rights under the CCPA. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

The site links to external sites, including datobridge.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. Review their policies when you leave ours.

Legal disclosure

We disclose collected information if required by law, such as under a subpoena or similar legal process, or when disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Children

The site is a business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
